Supriya Singh possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Glenmor Supervisor and Manager on duty at Gleneagles since December 2022. Prior to this role, Supriya worked at THE LUXURY COLLECTION from April 2019 to December 2022, progressing through various positions including Butler Supervisor, Senior Butler, and Butler. A brief tenure at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts as a Butler in June 2019 focused on supervising room attendants and maintaining luxury service standards. Supriya's earlier roles include Guest Relations Executive at Radison Hotel and Guest Relations Agent at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, where responsibilities involved managing guest relations and addressing complaints. Supriya holds a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Mumbai, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
