Hamish Fraser Ceng Micheme

Hamish Fraser CEng MIChemE is an experienced Project Process Engineer currently employed at The Glenmorangie Company since August 2022. Previously, Hamish held the position of Senior Process Engineer at Briggs of Burton, where extensive commissioning experience on spirit handling systems and whisky distillery operations was gained. Prior roles include Operations Engineer and Development Engineer at INEOS Grangemouth, focusing on the operation of Cat Reformer and long-term projects on FCCU. At bp, Hamish served as a Project Engineer, overseeing feasibility studies for enhanced oil recovery. Earlier experience with Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants involved building platform simulations and conducting safety assessments. Hamish received a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in 2009.
