Sertaç Tonay

Sertaç Tonay has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Most recently, they worked as an Accounting and Finance Manager with CPA certification at both The Glimpse Group and QReal starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Financial Controller with CPA certification at Emakina.TR from April 2021 to June 2022. Before transitioning into managerial roles, Sertaç worked at KPMG Türkiye, where they held various positions, including Corporate Tax Compliance Senior, CPA from October 2019 to April 2021, Corporate Tax Compliance Experienced Assistant, CPA Intern from October 2018 to September 2019, and Jr. Specialist in Tax & Accounting Services from July 2015 to October 2018. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Financial Controller at Egesin Tekstil from August 2014 to July 2015 and a Finance and Accounting Internship at Pinar Entegre Et ve Un San. A.S. in August and September 2013.

Sertaç Tonay pursued an education at Yaşar University from 2009 to 2014, specializing in Economics within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In 2013, they also briefly attended Szent István Egyetem to further their studies in Economics. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Sertaç Tonay obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Yaşar University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they acquired the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from TÜRMOB in November 2020.
