Sophia Gaona

Sophia Gaona is a seasoned professional in corporate training and human resources, currently serving as a Corporate Trainer for The Global Edge Consultants since August 2023. Prior experience includes a 16-year tenure at Kelly, where roles spanned from Learning Facilitator, overseeing structured new hire training programs, to Sr. Talent Advisor for Strategic Accounts and Operations, focusing on leadership and management of Talent Solution Managers.
