Matthew Morris

Matthew Morris is an experienced professional in the fields of economics and public policy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor to both the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board at The Global Fund since July 2019. In addition, Matthew holds the position of Board Member at The Voice Inc. and has been a Director at Virtual Economics since February 2010. Past roles include Honorary Associate Professor at The Australian National University, Director at the National Economic Planning Office, and General Manager at PNG Sustainable Development Program Ltd. Matthew's extensive experience also includes significant positions with the Department for International Development in India, Nigeria, and Australia. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics and Sociology from the University of Bristol.
