Matylda Leligdowicz

Matylda Leligdowicz possesses extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Team Lead at The Global Fund since February 2014, where responsibilities include managing HR administrators, overseeing payroll for over 1200 employees, and enhancing operational efficiency. Previous roles encompass various HR functions, such as Associate Specialist in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Management, and contributions to the implementation of a Cloud HRIS system. Matylda has also held positions in organizations such as ProofHQ and Rank Progress SA, where significant achievements included spearheading HR operations during rapid growth and supporting a successful IPO. Education includes a Master's degree in International Relations and European Integration from Wroclaw University of Economics and additional qualifications in HR Management.
