Michelle Beistle

Michelle Beistle currently serves as the Chief Ethics Officer at The Global Fund since March 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at The Nature Conservancy from April 2019 to February 2024, leading a global ethics and compliance program for an organization operating in over 70 countries. Previously, at Unisys, Michelle held multiple roles including Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer - Privacy & Ethics, where a global Compliance Office was established under Michelle's leadership. Michelle's legal career began at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, and academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
