Chad Shearer

Chad Shearer is the Research Director at The Global Institute on Innovation Districts and the Founder and Principal at Denizens LLC. Previously, Chad worked as a Senior Research Associate and Senior Project Manager at The Brookings Institution. Chad holds a Dual BA in Economics and Urban Planning from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
