Rebekah M. Weigel

Rebekah M. Weigel is an experienced professional in child welfare and community engagement. Currently, Rebekah serves as National Ambassador and Area Director for CarePortal, where the focus is on connecting churches in Southern California to the needs of vulnerable children and families. Rebekah also holds a board member position at the Human Trafficking Legal Network and has been a writer and producer at Peacetree Productions since 2007, with a notable project being "Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot," released in 2024. Previous roles include Director at Olive Crest, where responsibilities included developing engagement strategies, and Foster Family Recruitment Specialist, advocating for children in foster care. Rebekah's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
