Ghaidaa Ayoub

Ghaidaa Ayoub is an experienced HR professional who has worked in various roles related to talent development and acquisition. Ghaidaa has a background in Mass Communication and has held positions such as Head of Fundraising at Enactus Cairo University. Currently, Ghaidaa serves as the Senior People Development Partner at Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where Ghaidaa manages recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Prior to this, Ghaidaa worked at Valeo Service Northern Europe as an HR Specialist and at Valeo as a Senior Talent Development Specialist, where Ghaidaa implemented employee engagement strategies and oversaw training programs.
