Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
Jenitha John has extensive experience in governance and auditing roles across various organizations. Currently, Jenitha serves as a member of the GRI Due Process Oversight Committee since January 2022 and operates as a consultant/advisor since June 2021. From July 2017 to July 2022, Jenitha held multiple significant positions at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., including Global Board Director, Chairman of the Board, and Senior Vice Chairman - IIA Global. Additional leadership experience includes serving as CEO of The Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors from June 2020 to May 2021, alongside various non-executive director roles at companies such as Nampak, Adcock Ingram, Tongaat Hulett, Business Connexion, and Umgeni Water. From May 2009 to September 2019, Jenitha was also the Chief Audit Executive at FirstRand Group.
