Paul has also worked as a rural development adviser in international projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. With a Master of Science degree from Wageningen University and Research Centre, their expertise spans across areas such as irrigation, civil engineering, hydraulics, tropical crop husbandry, and rural extension.
