Anupam Mahapatra

Anupam Mahapatra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked as a System Engineer for Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on enterprise data warehousing for GE. From 2014 to 2016, they worked part-time as a Cashier at Lazeez biriyani corner, gaining valuable life skills and cultural exposure. In 2015, they joined TransEnterix, Inc. as a Software Developer, where they developed an automated testing process for their surgical robot. In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineering intern and an Academic Administrator for Student Athletes at NC State University. Starting in 2016, they worked at Lumeris as an Associate and then as a Data Engineer, focusing on developing their data platform and migrating legacy systems. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Rogers Communications as a Senior DevOps engineer, contributing to their digital transformation journey. In 2021, they joined The Globe and Mail as a Senior DevOps Engineer and later became the Lead DevOps Engineer, responsible for dev operations for their Machine Learning platform. Currently, they are the Lead DevOps/SRE Engineer at Mather Economics, starting in 2023.
