Angie Doll is the Head of Service Quality Rail Development at The Go Ahead Group PLC, a position held since April 2012, where responsibility includes shaping customer experience and driving business growth through innovative strategies focused on customer satisfaction and stakeholder perceptions. As a qualified EFQM assessor, Angie played a key role in delivering the winning TSGN bid plan aimed at improving customer experience across various service areas. Prior experience includes roles at Southeastern Railway from September 2006 to March 2012, where Angie served as Commercial Manager for the Olympic Transport Planner, overseeing strategic planning for the Javelin service during the Olympics, and as Commercial Manager and Project Manager for High Speed services, focusing on customer service, revenue growth, and regional regeneration initiatives.
