Richard Swan

Richard Swan is a seasoned company secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Deputy Company Secretary for The Go-Ahead Group plc since April 2022, Richard previously held positions at Capita from March 2016 to April 2022, including Deputy Company Secretary, interim Company Secretary, and Assistant Company Secretary. Prior experience includes roles at TUI Group as Assistant Company Secretary and Project Manager at Corporate Mosaic. Richard began his career as a Trainee Solicitor at Norton Rose from 1997 to 1999. Richard holds a BA Hons in French & Modern European Studies from the University of Exeter and attended the College of Law in Guildford for legal studies.
