Iris Tarou

Iris Tarou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Iris started their career as a Tour Guide, Admissions Receptionist, and Orientation Leader at California State University, Chico from 2003 to 2005. Iris then worked as an Account Manager at Mana, Allison & Associates from 2005 to 2006. Iris joined Salesforce.com in 2006, first as a Sales Representative and later as a Customer Success Manager until 2008. Iris briefly worked at The Go Game in 2008, focusing on Sales and Business Development. From 2009 to 2018, Iris worked at Health Advocate as the Director of Wellness Program Services, specializing in Account Management and Customer Success. Simultaneously, they established herself in the dance industry as the Owner, Instructor, Community Builder, and Social Media & Marketing Manager of The 9:20 Special - Swing & Lindy Hop Dance Venue from 2009 to 2021. In 2019, Iris joined Hostfully as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and subsequently transitioned to be Director of Sales at The Go Game in 2020, before taking on the role of Account Executive.

Iris Tarou attended California State University, Chico from 2000 to 2005. Iris earned a BA in Communication Design with a focus on Media Arts.
