Additionally, Joe Godfrey has been the Owner and Principal Broker at The Godfrey Group, LLC since October 1989, leveraging over 30 years of experience to provide superior real estate services. Previous roles include Co-Owner and President of Foxland Development Properties, LLC from January 2011 to April 2019, focusing on the development of Foxland Harbor Subdivision and the golf course community, and Co-Owner/President/GM of Foxland Harbor Golf and Country Club, known for its hospitality and championship golf course.
