Previously, at Cosmic Pet, Sean implemented cost-reduction strategies and training programs for new operations managers, achieving notable improvements in inventory management. Earlier roles at DB Schenker and TGW.com involved increasing order accuracy and enhancing warehouse performance. Sean started a professional journey as a Personal Trainer, focusing on client safety and satisfaction.
