Srinivasa Rao Busam has a strong background in engineering and maintenance positions in the hospitality industry. Srinivasa rao started their career at Royal Orchid Hotels in 2007 as a Chief Engineer and continued in this role until 2010. Srinivasa rao then joined The Golkonda Hotel as the HOD for the Maintenance department from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked as the Chief Engineer at Fortune Select Manohar Hotel from 2012 to 2014. Srinivasa then took on the role of Regional Manager-Maintenance South at Panoramic Group of Companies from 2014 to 2016. Srinivasa rao then joined Leisure Lodge Resort Mombasa as the Chief Engineer from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief Engineer at The Golkonda Resorts & Spa since 2019 and also at The Golkonda Hotel since 2020.
Srinivasa Rao Busam pursued their education at Andhra University from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Their field of study revolved around electrical engineering during this period.
