Craig Watson is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at The Good Guys since March 2023, Craig previously held positions as a Data Analytics Specialist at St Vincent's Health Australia and a Business Intelligence Developer at L'Oréal. Additional roles include Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at escaVox and Senior BI Analyst at Tribal Group, along with earlier experience as a BI Analyst at both InsuranceLine and SEEK. Craig's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from the University of Melbourne, completed between 1993 and 1996.

In November 2016, JB Hi-Fi acquired The Good Guys, identifying the brand to be a strong strategic fit. Now united as the JB Hi-Fi Limited, this partnership has created a new force in Australian retailing.
