Prior to this, Noel held the position of Sales Manager at JR Duty Free in Perth Airport from January 2014 to September 2018, consistently surpassing sales and operational KPIs. As Area Retail Sales Manager at Man to Man Menswear from November 2012 to January 2014, Noel drove performance across multiple stores and collaborated with the State Manager to optimize operations. Earlier experience as Area Business Manager at Matchbox (Australia) from December 2010 to October 2012 involved managing three permanent stores with a combined turnover of $4 million annually.
