Rachael Hare

Rachael Hare is a seasoned education professional currently serving as a Writer for The Good Schools Guide since October 2023. Previous roles include Head of Teacher Education at Harris Federation from June 2014 to August 2019, and English Schools Programme Lead at The Prince's Teaching Institute from April 2007 to August 2015. Rachael also held the position of Assistant Principal at Harris Academy Greenwich from January 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities included AST/SLE for English, Literacy, and SEND. Other positions include Education Consultant at Ebbio from September 2009 to August 2011, and Head of English and Media at Holland Park School from August 2006 to August 2009. Rachael holds an MA in History of Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, and a PGCE in English, Media, and Drama from London Metropolitan University.
