Kathryn Blanshard serves as the Managing Director of The Good Side, a BCorp™, since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at C Space from June 2014 to June 2025, including Managing Director for both EMEA and the UK, as well as Vice President and Director of Partnerships and Consultancy. Kathryn's earlier experience includes roles as Associate Director at Promise Communispace from July 2013 to June 2014, and as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Promise Communities between January 2010 and July 2013. Before these positions, Kathryn worked as a Senior Analyst at Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates from October 2007 to December 2009. Kathryn holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
