Sophie Solly

Sophie Solly currently serves as the Head of Strategy at The Good Side, an insight and creative ideas company, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this, Sophie held various roles at The Good Side, including Strategy and Insight Director. In a freelance capacity from May 2021 to September 2024, Sophie specialized as an Insight & Strategy Director. Experience includes significant positions at Clear, where Sophie worked as Director and Associate Director of Strategy & Insight, and as Senior Consultant at Circus. Earlier career stages involved consultancy roles at The Futures Company and LoCo - The London Comedy Film Festival, as well as an Account Executive position at Blue Rubicon. Academic qualifications include an MA in English Literature from the University of Oxford.
