Katie Encabo has approximately eleven years of professional experience. In 2019 they joined The Good as a CRO Strategist, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. Prior to joining The Good, they were the Project Coordinator Lead, Research & Digital Marketing Manager, Research Manager, and Marketing Coordinator at Pivot Group from 2010 to 2019. Katie also held roles as a Marketing Intern at the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture, Donor Communications Intern at Compassion International, and Public Relations Intern at Coates Kokes from 2008 to 2009.
Katie Encabo studied Communications at Whitworth University between 2006 and 2010, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree. Katie also attended Lincoln High School prior to this. Katie has since also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping and User Experience (UX) for Non-Designers, both in May 2022, as well as a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in October 2019.
