Jacquelyn Najera

Jacquelyn Najera is a mental health therapist currently employed at The Gooden Center since September 2020, where responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy, implementing treatment plans, and documenting sessions in an electronic health record system while practicing trauma-informed care. Previous experience includes roles such as a pediatric social worker intern at Randall Children’s Hospital, where advocacy and resource access were key, a case manager intern for the Senior Companion Program in Clackamas County, and a residential counselor at De Paul Treatment Centers. Jacquelyn also has experience as a behavioral interventionist and an educational support aid for children with autism. Jacquelyn holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
