Kathleen Byars is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in marketing and business development. As the Founder of The Goodlife Institute since October 2016, Kathleen has spearheaded the Corporate Women Unleashed program, aimed at transforming success for professional women. Previously, Kathleen served on the Board of The Seaventure Clam Co. from January 2019 to December 2022 and held the position of Director of Marketing at Dive Rite from 2006 to 2013, where initiatives for B2B marketing and new business growth were created and executed. Kathleen's earlier roles include VP of International Marketing and VP of Global Business Solutions at Mary Kay Inc., overseeing marketing efforts across 31 international markets, and managing advertising campaigns at TM Advertising and DDB. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas.
