Jim Webb

Jim Webb, MPA, AICP, ENV SP, is an experienced professional in the fields of mobility and infrastructure. As the Chief Executive Officer at The Goodman Corporation since January 2013, Jim Webb leads efforts to address community challenges by integrating planning, engineering, and policy expertise. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Project Development and Management at The Goodman Corporation, as well as a Senior Transportation Planner at the Houston-Galveston Area Council, where Jim Webb worked on transportation improvement programs and finance. Experience as a Transportation Planner III at the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission involved project management and compliance activities, and Jim Webb also served as an Economic Development Planner for the City of Palos Heights. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
