Madeleine Hirsch

Madeleine Hirsch, PE, currently serves as a Senior Associate Engineer at The Goodman Corporation since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Planner IV at the Texas Department of Transportation, focusing on bicycle coordination and traffic projections, and as Project Manager for the City of Austin, where responsibilities involved transportation planning and program development. As a Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn, Madeleine conducted various traffic analyses, and as a Graduate Engineer at WGI and BIG RED DOG Engineering, contributed to traffic and transportation studies and designs. Early experience includes a Traffic/Transportation Engineer-In-Training position at McDowell Engineering, an internship at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute leading to published research, and a role as a Strength & Conditioning Attendant during studies at Texas A&M University, where a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering was earned.
