Ashleigh Miller

Ashleigh Miller, ACC, is the founder of Amplify Excellence LLC, established in December 2018, where the focus is on empowering individuals to leverage their unique strengths for personal and organizational success. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Relations at The Goodwin Group and as a coach and facilitator for The Rainmaker Companies since December 2021, Ashleigh is also a learning and development facilitator at JMReid Group. Previous consulting experience includes a role at Winding River Consulting. Prior to these roles, Ashleigh had a significant tenure at EY, spanning from 1999 to 2018, managing strategic growth initiatives and directing the elite CFO Network. Early career experiences include positions at Andersen Consulting, focusing on various client projects, and a summer internship at NCR Corporation. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University, specializing in Communication Systems Management and minoring in Business Administration.
