Adrien Lecerf possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Front Office Manager at The Goring since December 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Reception Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Front Office Departmental Trainer and Front Office Receptionist at Shangri-La The Shard, London, from November 2018 to October 2021. Adrien's background also includes positions as a Receptionist and Concierge at Le K2 Collections and a Front Office Receptionist at The Stafford London. Additional experience as a Receptionist and in Guest Relations at Club Med was gained earlier in 2016. Adrien holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Vatel France and an Associate's Degree in Hotel Management from Santa Barbara City College.
