Charlotte Chiene is an accomplished sales professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at The Goring since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Sales at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah and Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel with Jumeirah Group from October 2020 to November 2021, and Head of Sales (Maternity cover) at The Lanesborough from September 2019 to September 2020. From September 2011 to August 2019, Charlotte held the positions of Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager Entertainment at The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane. Earlier career experiences include serving as Entertainment Sales Manager at Firmdale Hotels PLC in 2010-2011 and Talent Manager at 19 Entertainment from 2000 to 2009. Charlotte Chiene is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Regent's University London, expected to complete in April 2026.
