Sophie Ford possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Goring since June 2017. Prior to this role, Sophie held the same position at Marriott Hotels from June 2016 to June 2017. Sophie's career in human resources began at Marriott International as a Human Resources Co-ordinator from 2010 to January 2013, followed by a progression to HR Coordinator at London Marriott Park Lane from 2013 to June 2014. Sophie further developed expertise as a Personnel and Development Officer at The Beaumont from June 2014 to January 2016 and as a Human Resources Officer at Cheval Residences Serviced Apartments in London for a brief period in early 2016.
