Rachel Goulet

Rachel Goulet is the co-owner and COO of The Goulet Pen Company, an online niche retail store for fountain pens, ink, and paper, since January 2009. Previously, Rachel held positions as a Federal Staffing Specialist at YRCI, where responsibilities included collaborating with government officials to create job postings and screen applicants, and as a Systems Specialist II at Capital One, bridging business and IT functions. Rachel's early career at YRCI involved working with the Department of Homeland Security HQ and developing innovative staffing solutions. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Tech.
