Viktorya Aydinyan

Advisor To The Deputy Prime Minister at The Government of the Republic of Armenia

Viktorya Aydinyan has extensive experience in public administration and policy development within the Republic of Armenia. Currently serving as an Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, Viktorya has held key positions such as Public Administration Reform Pillar Lead at the Ministry of Justice, Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and Project Coordinator at the Transparency International Anticorruption Center. Additionally, Viktorya has contributed as a National Expert for the UNDP's Public Administration Reform Strategy. Viktorya is pursuing the LEAD Program in Leadership and Innovation at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Development from the American University of Armenia.
