David Vallinga

David Vallinga has extensive experience in portfolio operations and mechanical engineering, primarily within the real estate and HVAC sectors. Currently serving as Portfolio Operations Manager at The GPT Group since September 2013, David has held various roles including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor across multiple sites in Melbourne. Prior experience includes operations supervision for JLL at the National Australia Bank headquarters and HVAC engineering roles in the Netherlands and New Zealand. Academic qualifications encompass a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and several specialized courses in property development and finance. David has received recognition as a finalist in the 2010 New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Awards for significant energy use reductions and has contributed to developing mechanical services standards for the NZ Ministry of Justice.
