Mr. Healy joined the company in 2003, having previously worked at Turnberry Isle Resort for ten years. At Graham, Mr. Healy took on the job of Controller but, more recently functioned as head of the Rooms Division, Information Technology and Purchasing, before assuming over-all responsibility for the Company's Hospitality Operations in 2010. Mr. Healy holds a BA from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA from Florida International University.

The Graham Companies is a privately held company founded in 1932 when Ernest "Cap" Graham acquired 7,000 acres to start a dairy business called Graham Dairy. Two generations later, the company is best known for the creation and development of Miami Lakes, a 3,000 acre master planned community, which began in the 1960's and still continues today.
