Alexa Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Alexa started their career at Lexington Farmers Market as a Market Manager, where they managed operations, staff, and marketing and implemented a farm-to-school initiative. Alexa then joined Community Farm Alliance as a Community Organizer, where they launched the Farmers Market Support Program and organized for policy change in Kentucky. Alexa later joined FoodCorps, initially working as a Special Assistant to the CEO and later as an External Affairs Coordinator and Manager of Philanthropic Investments. Alexa also served as the Urban School Food Alliance Procurement Manager, leading efforts to increase local food spend in large school districts. Their most recent role at FoodCorps was as Deputy Director of Strategy and Partnerships, where they managed strategic partnerships and supported collaboration across the organization. Alexa's work at FoodCorps spanned over 8 years and contributed to growing the organization from a $6.2M to a $20M budget. Alexa is currently working as a Coach at The Grand World.

Alexa Arnold has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Political Science from the University of Kentucky. From 2017 to 2018, they attended The George Washington University, where their field of study was Food and Agriculture Policy.
