Robert Dubois

Robert DuBois is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product leadership and coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Bright Breaks since July 2021, Robert focuses on enhancing well-being in teams through innovative SaaS solutions. In addition, Robert has been an Executive and Leadership Coach at Time Well Spent, Inc. since February 2020 and a Coach & Facilitator for The Grand World since August 2022, aiding professionals and founders through various challenges. Prior experience includes leading product development as President and VP of Product at Tend.com from 2014 to 2020, and serving as a Senior UX/UI Web Designer at Mangrove Web Development. Robert holds a Certificate in Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where contributions included creating the Santa Cruz Collaborative Regional Alliance for Farmer Training. Furthermore, Robert has a background in web design, having established Robert DuBois Design and worked as a Product Designer for GlobalGiving.
