Coach at The Grand World

Rodrigo Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Rodrigo is currently working as a Coach at Rodrigo Lopez Coaching, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach at The Grand World from December 2019 onwards, where they provided group coaching and support to individuals going through work and life transitions. Additionally, they worked as an Author at The Bigger Picture, starting in October 2020. Their role involved creating a personal self-coaching journal.

From August 2017 to December 2021, Rodrigo worked as a Contributing Writer at Medium, where they wrote and published articles on organizational development. Their articles gained popularity and were featured by Medium and Givitas. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Baptist Health South Florida from November 2018 to September 2021, where they facilitated organizational change and guided teams through innovation programs.

Rodrigo also has experience as the Founder of Happy@Work, a communication and culture-building software product. During their tenure from October 2017 to October 2018, they helped improve internal communications for a design firm, leading to increased efficiency and cost-saving. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Cork Group from January 2015 to October 2017, providing guidance to early-stage companies in securing distribution, partnerships, product development, and raising capital.

Prior to their consulting roles, Rodrigo was the Founder of W Organics from April 2010 to March 2014. Rodrigo successfully launched a new consumer beverage category, led strategic planning, managed P&L, raised capital, and built partnerships. Their company became the highest selling item in a leading US natural foods retailer. Before that, they served as the Director of Business Development at Sorpresa Network from October 2007 to August 2009, where they negotiated agreements and built partnerships to rapidly grow the media business.

Rodrigo's earlier experience includes working as an In-House Counsel at Cisneros Group of Companies from August 2006 to August 2007, where they worked closely with the CEO and executive team to preserve partnership agreements and develop the company's strategy for organizational change.

Rodrigo Lopez's education history starts with their high school education at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. Rodrigo then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Florida International University from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree.

In addition to their formal education, Rodrigo Lopez has obtained various certifications. These include "The Secret to Better Decisions: Stop Hoarding Chips" from LinkedIn in November 2021, "Building Resilience" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "Effective Listening" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "Using Neuroscience for More Effective L&D" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "Agile Software Development: Creating an Agile Culture" from LinkedIn in August 2020, and "Skills and Mindsets of Design Thinking" from IDEO U in May 2020. Rodrigo has also completed numerous LinkedIn courses on topics such as design thinking, negotiation, communication, customer experience, and decision-making. Finally, Rodrigo earned the Sommelier - Level 1 certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in February 2019.
