Ashley Waters

Ashley Waters is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations and sales across several industries. Currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Paint Nail Bar since August 2023, Ashley previously held the role of Staffing Coordinator at Nextaff of Sarasota from June to November 2022. A background at Microsoft from June 2018 to September 2021 included multiple titles, such as Business Sales Representative and Sales Escalation Support Specialist, where significant contributions led to a reduction in escalation ticket backlog from over 500 to under 100. Prior experience also includes a position at Audi of America, where responsibilities involved customer service and vehicle maintenance.
