Katie Soule is an accomplished educator and leader in childcare and emotional wellbeing, currently serving as the Director of Social and Emotional Wellbeing and Association Director of Childcare and Day Camp Services at The Granite YMCA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Director of the Early Learning Center at YMCA of Strafford County from August 2019 to January 2022 and worked as a Family Services Specialist for the State of New Hampshire in early 2019. Katie's entrepreneurial experience includes owning and directing the Laugh and Learn Exploratorium from January 2016 to December 2018, as well as serving as Director at Kids' Stop Incorporated and Lead Preschool Teacher at York Childcare Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern New Hampshire University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Maine at Farmington.
