Ryan Novo

Ryan Novo currently serves as the Association Director of Day Camps & Teen Services at The Granite YMCA since January 2023. Previously, Ryan held multiple roles at The Y in Central Maryland, including Leader Club Coordinator and Associate Executive Director for Camp & Teens, overseeing programs such as Camp Spencer, Leaders Clubs, Youth & Government, and Y Achievers. Additionally, Ryan has experience as Operations Director at Valley of the Sun YMCA and has worked as a Director at Y Camp Spencer.
