The Gravity Vault Indoor Rock Gyms
Lars Olsen is an experienced climbing instructor and manager with a strong background in safety protocols and employee oversight. Currently serving as the Lead Climbing Instructor at The Gravity Vault Indoor Rock Gyms since June 2023, Lars holds a CWI certification and focuses on coaching athletes at all levels while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Previously, Lars managed the Rock Wall at Rutgers University - New Brunswick Recreation, overseeing 13 employees and implementing new safety and efficiency practices from October 2022 to April 2024. Additionally, Lars has research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Language Acquisition and Processing Lab, and has worked as a Laboratory Technician at Medical Device Imagineering. Lars is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science at Rutgers University - New Brunswick, expected to be completed in May 2024.
