David Espin

David Espin is currently the Director of Operations for The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in the Dallas Metro area. Previously, David has held positions such as Owner/Operator of H.O.P.E. Food Trucks, Inc., General Manager for Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining, and General Manager at both Luxor Hotel and Casino and Excalibur Hotel and Casino. With a background in restaurant consulting and food and beverage management, David has demonstrated a strong ability to lead successful operations and implement significant changes within various establishments throughout his career.
