Gemma Cox is a results-driven and strategic retail executive with over 20 years of experience in merchandising. They co-founded Stylette Kids, a children's clothing rental platform, and have held significant roles in various renowned companies, including serving as Director of Buying at 7 For All Mankind and currently as Head of Merchandising at The Great./Emily + Meritt. Gemma began their career in accounting at EY and transitioned to merchandising at GUESS?, Inc., where they held multiple buying and planning positions. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Santa Clara University.
