Samah Hakeem

Samah Hakeem is a professional with diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Receptionist at The GrEEK Campus since December 2023 and a Service Provider at Catholic Relief Services since March 2023, Samah excels in communicating with beneficiaries, resolving conflicts, and managing office operations. Previous positions include Telesales Specialist at CIB Egypt, where responsibilities included customer outreach and sales management, and Marketing Specialist for Westingservice, focusing on advertising campaigns. Additionally, Samah has experience as a Call Center Specialist at Westinghouse, handling call operations. Samah holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Faculty of Commerce, Assuit University, obtained in July 2021.
