Cole Shephard has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Cole began their career as an Assurance Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the USA in 2006. Cole then worked as an Assurance Associate at PwC, where they focused on statutory audits and reviews for various industries. Cole then joined PwC Bermuda as an Assurance Senior Associate, working until 2011.

From 2011 to 2015, Cole worked as a Transaction Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in Hong Kong and China. Cole briefly returned to the same role in 2014.

In 2015, Cole joined Legacy Group as a Partner, focusing on bridging the gap between financial capital and investment opportunities and building a new community of investors.

In 2018, they founded the Green Coffee Company, a multinational coffee production company based in Colombia. As a Founder and Board Member, Cole oversees the entire coffee supply chain and aims to improve the long-term growth and sustainability of the business.

Currently, Cole serves as an Advisor at PolygonUs, a software development and design studio for the entertainment industry. With a focus on creating an inclusive and entertained human-centered future, the company operates internationally with headquarters in Medellín, Colombia.

Cole Shephard began their education at North Carolina State University in 2002 and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. Cole then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University in 2007. In September 2008, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the NC State Board of Certified Public Account Examiners.
