Matthew Smith, LEED AP, has over a decade of experience in sustainable design consulting, currently serving as Senior Sustainability Consultant and Project Manager at The Green Engineer, Inc. since June 2012. In these roles, Matthew leads all aspects of sustainable design and the LEED/CHPS certification process for a wide range of projects, from small tenant fit-outs to large-scale new constructions. Previous experience includes assisting Project Managers with project delivery and certification documentation, as well as internships where Matthew developed foundational skills in LEED compliance and energy modeling. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Architecture and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, both from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
