The First Green House Homes in Colorado!! The Green House Homes at Mirasol are being built from the ground up to foster the same feeling and experience you get from living in a real home. There will be 6 homes on the Mirasol Senior Community Campus in Loveland, Colorado. They are fully supported by the Housing Authority of the City of Loveland, Vivage Quality Health Partners and The Green House Project. Each home is designed for 10 Elders, keeping it flexible and maintaining a warm feel. The comfort of private rooms and bathrooms are combined with the family-like atmosphere of open common spaces. An innovative staff model gives residents four times more contact and reduces staff turnover.
